The scoring started in the second when Andrew Baird connected with Will Lance on a 85-yard TD pass on 3rd and 17. Bryan scored on a Colin Bacon run with 6:36 left in first half to tie it up. Shelby recovered the ball in the end zone after a bad snap to score at TD to bring us to our half time score of 14-7. Bryan came out of the locker rooms roaring scoring 4 times on drives of 13 and 10 yards, then scored on a fumble recovery of their own, and 8 yards. At the end of 3 quarters, the Golden Bears led 35-14. Shelby would score once in the fourth but it would not be enough as the Bears win 35-21. This week we have volleyball on Thursday, football on Friday, and soccer on Saturday. Good luck to all Golden Bears this week.
