The Bryan Girls Tennis Team opened their season with a big win as they blanked their NWOAL rival Wauseon 5-0 on Tuesday night.

At first singles, Mikayla Borland fought off a tough opponent before coming up with a straight set victory while Trista Savage and Morgan Bauer each blanked their opponents at second and third singles respectively.

At first doubles, the Lady Bears ran into two returning lettermen for the Indians, but Bryan's tandem of Elizabeth Hoene and Kendra Wheeler put together a solid straight set victory.  Bryan's second doubles duo of AJ Breneman and Mariah Stambaugh completed the sweep for the Lady Bears with a dominating performance as they denied their opponents from getting a game on the board.
