The non-league loss moves the Golden Bears to 4-5 on the season. Bowsher is now 8-3 overall. Bryan led the first quarter by a score of 21-15, but couldn't keep the momentum going in the second. The Rebels led by a halftime score of 44-40. Bryan won the third quarter, leading Bowsher by a score of 61-59. Bowsher pulled away in the fourth period, outscoring the Bears by 10.
Sean Culler led Bryan with 17 points. Four Golden Bears - Culler, Austin Schimmoeller (15), Jason Hug (14) and Thomas Martin (11) - scored in double figures. The Rebels were led by Cameron White (25) and Dajaun King (23). The road doesn't get any easier, as Bryan plays tonight at Tinora. The Rams are 7-2 overall.
