Home » Men's Basketball NewsBronx Community College Men's Basketball Team 2012 - 2013 Season In ProgressFebruary 27, 2013 BRONX COMMUNITY COLLEGEOn Friday February 22nd, the BCC Men's Basketball team earned their 3rd CUNYAC title in a row as they defeated Queensborough Community College 83-68. Sophomore Ronnell Ross was named the CUNYAC/ConEdison Player of the Game leading the team with 20 points and 10 rebounds while Sophomore Derrick Fernandez put up a triple-double with 16 points, 11 assists and 11 rebounds.
The Broncos return to action on Friday, March 1st at 2:30 pm vs Hostos Community College in the Quarterfinal round of the NJCAA playoffs at the MAC in New Rochelle. Tickets to the game are $5 and parking will be available. For more information about the NJCAA Region 15 tournament visit
