This was their chance to prove who really should of won conference. Both teams were looking strong rallying back and forth closely for 9 points. Boylan was doing well and pulled ahead by one, when suddenly Ise d'Angelo went down with a hyper extended elbow at the eleventh point. She had already racked up 6 kills, five digs and a block. This injury shocked Boylan and affected their play on the court, allowing Hononegah to take the first game 25-22.
The Titans came out even stronger in the second game with strong play from Bryanna Weiskircher. Boylan was able to grab the second game easily with a score of 16-25. Boylan did not transfer this energy into the third game. Hononegah started strong with a 7-2 lead early on. After the Indians gained such a strong lead, the Titans just couldn't fight back. The tables had definitely turned from last years regionals when underdog Titans stole the victory from Hononegah. The Indians advanced to the Algonquin Jacobs Sectional tournament.
