Boonville Girls Basketball comes close to winning

On January 7th the Boonville basketball girls had a tournament that was played in California against Moberly with the score coming out to 41-42. The top two players with the highest points were Morgan Edwards with the total of 22 points, and Olivia Imhoff with the total of 7 points. The next game was on the 11^th. The girls played Jeff City with the score of 43-75, and the top two scorers were Aly Wessing with 21 points and Morgan Edwards with 18 points. The last game of the tournament was against Fulton with the final score of 40-43. The top scorers were Morgan Edwards with 17 points and Aly Wessing with 11 points. The tournament didn’t turn out as planned for the girls but they fought as hard as they could for the games and had good team effort.
