Lady Pirates Claim Second Place in Eldon Tournament

On Saturday, October 13, the Boonville Lady Pirates Volleyball team played their hearts out at the Eldon Tournament against Fayette, Eldon, Blair Oaks, Ashland, Dixon, and others. The ladies ended the tournament 4-2, leaving them in second place behind Blair Oaks, who were 5-1. Coach Suzie Stone commented, “We won the battle of the ball control game on defense and serve-receive.” The girls’ next game will be Thursday, October 18, at 6:00 p.m., where they battle the Hannibal Lady Pirates.
