It is becoming widely recognized that when you meet the Bombers on the pitch, you must be prepared to play hard the full sixty minutes. The scores for this week's games are not reflective of the tightness and intensity of play.  Monday's effort against Heath resulted in a 5-0 loss.  Having successfully beat St Mary the week before with a score of 5-2, they brought out their big guns (varsity seniors) for Tuesday's match and won 5-1.  The best game of the week was against Reidland on Thursday.  The result was 1-3.  Teams with similar style of play and emphasis on foot skills met and the difference came down to speed of play during transition moments.  Up until the last minutes of the game, the Bombers were successfully holding the attacks down and piling on offensive runs.  The game was well played by all accounts.  The Bombers will get another opportunity to play Reidland on Saturday, as well as meet Lone Oak.  game times are 9:30am & 11am at Reidland.
