The 2012 golf season is about to begin and there will be 30 student athletes representing the Thunderbolts as they compete on the various GWOC golf courses.  They won’t compete in fan filled stadiums. There won’t be the Northmont Fight Song filling the air or the cheerleaders chanting, “Go Bolts.”  However, the student athletes will be there showing their Northmont pride.  These young men and women golfers would appreciate your support as they enter the 2012 season.

On Saturday, September 29th, the Northmont Golf Parents Association (NGPA) is sponsoring the 16th annual Thunder Classic.  This golf scramble provides the funds for the operational expenses and scholarships for deserving senior golfers as they pursue higher education and perhaps continue their golf careers at the collegiate level.

We are asking for your support by sponsorship, participating in the tournament, and /or money or door prize donations.  With the support of the local community and golf enthusiasts, the golf teams can represent Northmont with pride and determination to be the best.  To support these young golfers please fill out the sponsor form and mail to:

• Proceeds from the Thunder Classic are spent carefully on maintaining the four Northmont golf teams equipment expenses & fund college SCHOLARSHIPS for deserving golf team seniors.

• Northmont Sports rely mainly on gate receipts and sponsors to administer all their sports programs (not tax revenues).

• All sponsors big and small will be listed in the program given to all of the outing participants. **

• Your name and/or logo 8 ½” x 11” will be displayed on an 18” x 24” sign placed at the tee box.
• All participants will write YOUR company name on a raffle ticket for a drawing held at the luncheon.
• A 2” x 3” ad will be placed in the outing program.

• Value of $100 or more: 2” x 2” ad in the program.
• Value of $200 or more: 2” x 3” ad in the program and verbal recognition at the luncheon.
