Dogs lose to Tigers

In the nightcap, the boys teams were careful to start the contest.  Blake Williams drained a three-pointer to start the scoring at the 7:19 mark for Brookfield.  Jeff Floray answered back for the Tigers with a basket nine seconds later.  Early on, the three-ball (at the hands of Williams and Levi Henderson) made the difference in a back and forth contest.  At the 1:05 mark of the frame Jordan Tibbs nailed a three pointer to give Marceline the lead.  After one quarter, Marceline was up 14-12 and on a 7-0 run.  Williams had five points to lead the way for Brookfield, while Tibbs had five as well to lead the Tigers.
