The event featured 17 teams from the Suburban South and West against teams from the Gateway Athletic Conference and St. Charles Area. Teams were ranked from 1-17 by conference coaches and then matched up with their opponent from the other league. League bragging rights were on the line in an outstanding showcase of high school basketball over three days giving fans a chance to watch some of the top teams in the St. Louis metro area. Bragging rights in year one go to the Suburban Conference schools which finished with a 13-4 overall record. Here are the results for the event.
