CENTERVILLE, IA — The Centerville Redettes advanced to the next round after defeating Ft. Madison 3-0 on Monday night.
The Redettes will play Fairfield on Thursday, October 29 at Fairfield in the Regional Semifinals.
The champion of the region (Class 3A Region 8) will advance to the state finals. Centerville needs to win the next two games to do so.
The Redettes are one of the three fall teams that advanced to the playoffs in their respective sports this year. The Big Reds in Football are currently preparing for substate and the Cross Country teams are competiting in regionals.
