Styles from the 80’s are brought back to life

The hot trends for teenage girls right now are Vans and the multiple colors of skinny jeans.

Looking at trends today, skinny jeans and Vans have came back from the 80’s to haunt the twenty-first century.  A lot of people did not expect that the skinny jeans would circulate back into fashion.

Students at Byrnes Freshman Academy noticed the return of former fashion trends, and most agree with these fashionable shoes and brightly colored pants.

Most students at BFA interviewed would rather own a pair of Vans than wear brightly colored skinny jeans. Black, grey, animal print, and sparkly appear to be the most popular types of Vans, according to these students.

Savannah Robinson, a student at BFA, stated that “when I got my first pair for my birthday last year I instantly fell in love with the style of Vans.”

These original 80’s trends are proof that fashion circulates back around. Teens all around the United States are bringing Vans and brightly colored jeans back to life.
