The Jets confidence has increased, especially with the young, new quarterback

Five weeks after the dramatic trade that changed the NFL drastically, The New York Jets Coach, Rex Ryan, finally gets a first look at his new quarterback, Tim Tebow.

According to Rich Cimini of ESPN New York City, Rex Ryan said Tebow looks outstanding in limited drills.

On Monday, stage two in the New York Jet’s off season began, allowing coaches to be on the field during each player’s work outs.

To be on the field during the workouts, the coaches must follow the rules of the New Collective Bargaining Agreement.

On Tuesday night, at a charity event, Ryan was quick to include his star quarterbacks in his conversation.

“Same thing with Mark Sanchez,” he said. “Both of these guys are in phenomenal shape,” according to Cimini.

Rex Ryan is very confident with his new team, even though critics are putting all the teams in their division above them.

"Everybody put everybody (in our division) ahead of us, which I think is hilarious, but I think we had a heck of a draft. And when you put Tim Tebow in there as a fourth-round pick, it looks even better,” said Rex Ryan, according to Cimini.

Rex Ryan has also put a lot of confidence in his quarterbacks, especially Tebow.

Ryan said he has seen enough of Tebow from last year, including the Jets’ crushing loss last year to the Broncos, which ended with Tebow’s ninety-five-yard touchdown drive.

Rex Ryan, said, “He’s got size, he’s got strength, he’s got speed, and he can throw the ball,” which is all a coach can ask for in a quarterback.

Starting quarterback, Mark Sanchez, reported at 230 pounds, which is five pounds heavier than last season.

Sanchez worked with his personal trainer in California to build muscle that will help him absorb the weekly hits.

The duo between Sanchez and Tebow is predicted to be the most dangerous when it comes to quarterbacks.

The Jets have made it clear that Sanchez will start, but Tebow will come in to run the Wildcat, an unconventional plan that could possibly cause Sanchez playing time.
