He will also show you all the amenities each riding facility has to offer their guests.  Viewers ride with Tom on many of the locations and are featured in the show.  He often interviews them for the inside scoop on their favorite trails and riding locations around the country.

Before Best of America By Horseback, Tom and his wife, Pat (who directs the show) were in the television business for many years.  They took a much needed break from the faced paced, stressful life of running a local television station for 15 years.  During that time, they were horseback vacation outfitters in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia, taking guests on overnight trips by horseback.   They both missed producing
outdoor TV shows and love traveling and riding their horses all over the country, so they approached RFD with the concept of this television series.  RFD-TV liked the idea and the television series began airing on the RFD-TV network in July 2005.  It has been on RFD-TV as a weekly show ever since.

Best of America by Horseback loves it viewers and welcomes suggestions for new show locations.  Feel free to email Host Tom Seay at with suggestions.
