Panthers Defeat Calvary Christian

The Augusta Panthers were on the road again on November 30th facing the Calvary Christian Cougars.  The first quarter was a close one as the scoring went back and forth to the tune of a 16-13 Panther lead.  The 2nd quarter was another story as once again the Panthers defense put them in great position for victory.  Augusta blew the game wide open scoring 37 points while holding Calvary to only 5.  With the halftime score 53-18, the 3rd quarter would start with the running clock as Augusta improved to 2-0 with the 79-54 victory. Tanner Kelsch led the Panthers with a career high 22 points.  Joining him in double figures were Connor Maddox with 14 and Brent Bach with 12.
