God's Academy Too Much For Florida Prep

January 23, 2010
Atlanta National Invitational Showcase

God's Academy used an effective press and a balanced attack on offense to cruise past Florida Prep in the Showcase opener. Florida Prep came out a little sluggish and turned the ball over early. That was right up God's Academy's alley as they ran the floor and got everyone involved on O. Raynard Minus of Florida Prep did his best to ingite his team by driving hard to the cup, but it was too little too late as God's Academy established momentum and kept it. Both Titus Rubbles and KC Ross Miller had 17 points for God's Academy, while James Williams and Denzel Hughley had 13 points and 10 points respectively in the Ambassadors' 70-44 win against Florida Prep.
