Jacksonville Giants Former Players Joins Atlanta Aliens

GM/Head Coach Duck Richards of the Atlanta Aliens wasted no time building his team to be competitive for the ABA 2012-2013 season and looked for experience players. The veteran coach has a keen gift of finding such caliber players. He accumulated several players from overseas, NBADL and former NBA. Aquiring former players from Jacksonville Giants, the 2011-2012 ABA Championship team, was also a brilliant move.

Three former Jacksonville Giants players, Nick Wallery 6'7 255lbs, Alonso Davis 6'8 220lbs and Sherard Reddick 6'9 235lbs, are now Atlanta Aliens. They are expected to bring an inside force to the team.

Wallery, a former ABA All-Star, is a former starter from Jacksonville who averaged a double-double in points and rebound. He's very aggressive and physical in the paint with a high basketball IQ.

Reddick was known as the energy guy for Jacksonville. He played the role of both a starter and coming off the bench. He's known best for "eating glass", rebounding, blocking shots and finishing with monster DUNKS! Reddick has a younger brother that plays with the NBA Dallas Mavericks.

Davis was a reserve player that came off the bench and collected productive minutes. A very long athletic player that is high on the rise. Davis is also an active member of the United States Army Reserves.

"These guys are great additions to the team with a champion mentality. They know what it takes to win and know how to win a championship," said Richards.
