Ashe Men's Soccer Advance to Third Round; Fall to Forbush

The Ashe County men's soccer team hosted the school's first home soccer play-off game on Monday, November 8. Ashe beat Newton-Conover 1-0 and advance to the third-round of the NCHSAA play-offs. This is the first time a ACHS men's soccer team have advanced to the third round.

Ashe will travel to Forbush on Wednesday, November 10 at 6pm. Forbush is the #1 seed from the Mountain-Valley conference.

Forbush beat past Ashe County 6-0 ... The Falcons led 2-0 at the half ... Cody Snow then scored three goals in the first eight minutes of the second half to deliver the final KO. Forbush will host Shelby in Round 4 on Saturday.
