Columbia Falls hammered Whitefish in the annual Cat-Dog Smoker on Monday night, topping off the win with a technical knockout by Michael "Raider" Hader against Brian Flickenger.

The Wildcats took eight matches to Whitefish's four. Whitefish didn't have enough boxers, so two fights were exclusively Columbia Falls.

Whitefish did, however, win the main event as Dylan Drydan won a decision against Dean Phillips at 185 pounds.

But Hader's fight against Flickenger stole the show and had the crowd on its feet. Hader knocked down Flickenger twice and Flickenger once almost pushed Hader completely over the ropes and out of the ring as the fight got a little ugly.

On the second knockdown, the referee called the fight and Hader got the TKO at 160 pounds.

Another fight that had the crowd on its feet was John Woody of Columbia Falls and Max Stallard of Whitefish. The two pummeled each other hard for three straight rounds, but Woody got the decision and the W.

The girls went at it, too.

Columbia Falls' Gabriele Freeman duked it out with Cat Brittaney Wilson at 130 pounds. The shorter, stouter, Wilson got inside on Freeman and knocked her around for the win.

Also on the girls side, Kassie "The Hurricane" Hebert had a tough win against Ariel Ducote of Whitefish at 135 pounds. Ducote was a full foot taller than Hebert, but Kassie put her head down and worked her way inside Ducote's belly to duke out the decision.

The event had thousands in attendance and is the annual main fundraiser for the Glacier Twins, the American Legion baseball team that combines players from Columbia Falls, Whitefish and Bigfork.

Here are the remaining results of the Cat-Dog Smoker:
