A welcome from the Principal

Welcome back to Clear Creek High School for another great year. We are looking forward to a great start to another school year and to continuing the tradition of excellence that we are accustomed to in Clear Creek Independent School District.

We are looking forward to students returning on the first day of school on August 25, 2008. We will be sending home registration forms that will need to filled out and returned on Thursday, August 28th to your student\'s advisory teacher. Thank you for helping to get this updated information returned to campus.

We also would like to invite you to join us on Monday, September 15, 2008 at 6:30 p.m. for our CCHS open house. This will give you an opportunity to meet your child\'s teachers and get some general information regarding their classes. We will be sending home specific information regarding open house with your child in the next couple of weeks. Additionally, feel free to contact your child\'s teachers by phone or e-mail should you have any specific questions or need additional information.

I would like to encourage each of you to become a member of our CCHS PTSA. Our PTSA supports our students and campus programs throughout the year in a variety of ways and provides an avenue for each of you to be involved. Our PTSA continues to bring positive support to our campus with their initiatives and spirit of volunteerism.

It is very important that all students get off to a good start academically each school year. A successful start will help to build a foundation for the rest of the year. We hope that we can work together to ensure that your child gets the academic support they need throughout the school year.

It is going to be a great year to be a WILDCAT!
