New Art Teacher and Assisant Track Coach

August 15, 2009
Iberia Jr Sr High School

Tiffany Kuhlmann is the new 7-12 art teacher and assistant High School Track Coach at Iberia R-V School District.
She graduated in May 2009 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in K-12 Art and Elementary Education from Peru State College.

"I have always known that I wanted to make an impression on people\\\'s lives. I thought back to whom in my life, besides my parents, had made the biggest impression thus far. the answer that I came up with was teachers. I knew from that point on that\\\'s what I wanted to do with my life. Once I was in college I narrowed it down to teaching art, two things that I am very passionate about.
"The most important thing about being a teacher is to always be a good role model in and out of school. Students are impressionable and they look up to the adults in their lives for guidance and to give advice," she added.
