Dear Andover Volleyball Families,

 

Andover High School will again be a site for the President's Day Volleyball Tournament (15 Silver Division) on February 18-19, 2012.  During this tournament, we are given the opportunity to provide concessions as a fundraiser for the Andover Volleyball program.  This is one of our annual fundraisers and represents 30% of the annual fundraising revenue.

 

In an effort to make this as successful as possible and to minimize the number of other fundraising activities, your help is needed in providing donations (either monetary or donation of product), providing baked goods for the bake sale table, and volunteering for concessions.

 

** Monetary donations - suggested amount $20 to purchase items that will be sold in the concession stands at Andover High School and Oak View Middle School.  Please make checks payable to "Andover Volleyball Booster's Club" and mail at your earliest convenient to treasurer:

** Product donations - if you are willing to donate product, please email Deb Mlinar, Booster Club President, at DebM@diversified-companies.com to let her know what product you will donate.

 

The following is a list of items for donation:

 

* Candy - variety pack of candy bars from Costco - 3 boxes needed; 30 per pack (NO m&m's or Skittles)

* Diet Coke - cases of 24 cans - 6 cases needed

* Coke - cases of 24 cans - 6 cases needed

* Sprite - cases of 24 cans - 3 cases needed

* Mello Yello - cases of 24 cans - 3 cases needed

* Powerade - any flavor - cases of eight 20 oz. bottles - 30 cases

 

Please bring product donations to Andover High School on Friday, February 17, during the set-up time (around 8:45 pm).

 

** Baked goods - provide one dozen bars, cookies, or puppy chow.  Cut bars 3"x3" and wrap in clear plastic wrap or in baggies, 2 large cookies or 3 smaller-sized cookies to a baggie, 2 cups of puppy chow in a baggie.  Baked goods can be brought to Andover High School Friday evening (2/17) or Saturday morning (2/18). 

 

** Concession Volunteers - A sign-up to volunteer for concessions is posted on the websites Volunteer Sign up page.  Consider volunteering for a two-hour shift that will work around your own daughter's playing schedule if she is participating in club volleyball.  All family members and friends are encouraged to help out as well.
