AHS/MH Wrestling Kicks Into Gear!

Practice started on Monday November 12 in the Atchison High School Wrestling Room.  Twenty-Four athletes bagan their quest to be the best in the state of Kansas.  Practice began with runinng, stretching, "body weight" strength conditioning, technique drills, a little live wrestling and a great deal of conditioning.  The Redmen/Ravens worked hard and made great progress.  We are looking forward to the coming season.
