Salvation Army Kettle
Community service hours the Tomcat football team will be manning 2 Salvation Army kettles on Thursday December 20th at Walmart, The hours are from 9:00am until 8:00pm. Anyone interested in getting community service hours for their club or organization see Coach Hart in the lunch room.
The following students will be the officers for the Envvironmental Club for 2012-2013.

After 6 days of collecting money for Cash and Coins for Christmas the Junior class is leading with $61.00, the Seniors are in 2nd place with $52.00 and the Freshman and Sophomore classes don't even have $10.00 between them! Today no money at all was collected from the Freshman and Sophomores! There are 4 days left to donate so those who can give please give! All donations are tax deductible.
Fellowship of Christian Athletes and Active Christian Teens would like to invite you to join us Friday December 7th. We will be hearing a very special devotion from Mr. Runyon and enjoying some great worship. It's going to be awesome! We serve FREE DONUTS and juice, so come hungry. If you can't make it this week, don't worry. FCA meets each Friday at 7:45am in room 208. We'd love to see new faces. Come check it out.
Key Club Blood Drive
Key club will be sponsoring a blood drive December 12th sign-ups for those wanting to donate will take place next week during lunches. You must be 16 years or older to donate.
The art club will meet next Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Before and after school to make ornaments. Make plans to attend these meetings when you can even if you didn't see any ornaments!

Help spread the holiday spirit by donating items to fill stocking for over 50 kids, ages 4 months - high school age in local shelters.
School supplies (paper, pens, etc.)
Toothbrush & Toothpaste
Small stuffed animals
Socks for all ages
We will be collecting items starting November 30 - December 12. Bring items to room 610 or room 301.
The Youth Service Center will be having their annual cash and coins for Christmas money collection beginning the Wednesday after Thanksgiving break. Collection buckets will be in the cafeteria during all three lunches. The competition this year will be to see which class can collect the most money. All monies collected will go to help Blazer students with Christmas.
Any students going on the New York trip with Mrs. Modlin the fundraising packets are available.
The BigSun Organization is proud to be able to continue to help young athletes succeed in their academic pursuits. We are offering an annual scholarship to a deserving student. All students athletes are eligible for this award, regardless of which sport they are participating in.

Amount of Award - $500.00
The successful applicant will be a high school senior or be attending a post secondary institute and currently involved in some sport at that institution or in the community.
