April 25, 2012
By Duane Herr of ANNE ARUNDEL COMMUNITY COLLEGE

AACC Baseball turned in another strong performance in a victory over CCBC Dundalk on Tuesday afternoon. With the 11-1 win the Pioneers have won five games in a row and nine of their last eleven.

Anne Arundel pitcher Brooks Miller continued his dominance this season with an 8 inning complete game performance allowing one run on eight hits. Miller struck out five and did not surrender a walk on his way to winning his eighth game of the season.

Miller received plenty of support from his offense as six Pioneers had multi-hit games against Dundalk. The top of the line-up for AACC combined for 8 hits, 8 runs scored and 8 runs batted in. The bottom of the line-up went 5 for 9 with 3 runs scored and 2 RBI.

Burnell Dailey: 2 for 4, HR, 3 runs, RBI, Sac, stolen base

Kevin Kean: 2 for 4, triple, 3 runs, 3 RBI, 3 stolen bases

Kody Hines: 2 for 4, 2 doubles, 4 RBI, Sacrifice

Daniel Seeba: 2 for 4, double, 2 runs, 2 stolen bases

Braden Goughenour: 2 for 4, triple, RBI, run

Eddie Speakman: 3 for 3, run, RBI, sac, stolen base
