March 3, 2014Princeton High School
The Princeton Lady Vikings are marching their way to the Regional Semi-finals after claiming a 77-64 win over the McAuley Mohawks in the District Championship game on Saturday, March 1 at Harrison High School.
Princeton weathered the storm in the first period of play with 9 team fouls going against the them, but would outscore the Mohawks 26-16 in the quarter thanks to strong play from its role players.
Top-seeded Vikings shot over 58 percent from the floor in the first half to take a 14 point advantage at the break.

Jordan Bruenton was perfect from the floor to finish with 6 points.
The Lady Vikes extended their lead to 23 points to keep dancing into the tournament.
