The Lady Vikes improve to 14-7 overall, and 11-2 in the Greater Miami Conference. After a very competitive first half of play, Princeton held a 25-23 lead at halftime. The Vikings extended their lead to 48-37 late in the second half, and timely scoring down the stretch would limit a comeback from the Lady Warriors. Princeton finished the game shooting thirty nine percent (22-56) from the floor, and outrebounded the Lady Warriors 36-28. Junior Kelsey Mitchell led the Lady Vikes with 20 points and 9 rebounds. Chelsea Mitchell finished 6-14 from the floor for 13 points. Freshman Markayla Sherman shot 3-5 from the floor to finish with 9 points. Jasmine Hardin was perfect 3-3 from the floor, to finish with 7 points in the win. Princeton concludes their regular season at home on Saturday, February 9 against Sycamore.
