Home » Boys' Basketball NewsVikings Own Boards in WinDecember 19, 2012 Princeton High SchoolThe Princeton boys' basketball team defeated the Colerain Cardinals 67-48 on Tuesday, December 18 at Colerain High School. The Vikings improve to 3-1 overall, and 2-1 in the Greater Miami Conference. The Vikings jumped out in front early, taking a 20-9 lead at the end of the first quarter, and never looked back. Princeton shot 8-15 from the floor in the quarter, finishing 19-44 for the game. Senior Dorian Jordan led all scorers with 18 points, shooting 8-18 from the floor. Jordan also had 4 assists and 6 steals. Eric Tivis finished the night shooting 6-9 for 14 points, and grabbed a game high 11 rebounds. Furthermore, Darius Hilson added 11 points and 10 rebounds in the win. Princeton dominated the glass, out rebounding the Cardinals 44-25. The Vikings' defense converted 22 points off of 21 Colerain turnovers. Princeton (3-1) will travel to Lakota West (3-2) on Friday, December 21st.
