Powell leads Vikings in Win

The Princeton Vikings girls' varsity soccer team defeated Clark Montessori 3-1 on Saturday, September 1 at Viking Stadium to improve to 2-2-0 on the season. 

Princeton's offensive attack was led by junior Sierra Powell, as she recorded both goals in the first half of play. Despite a Clark Montessori goal late in the first half, the Vikings controlled all phases of the contest. Princeton would add another goal in the second half off of a direct kick from Hailey Martin.

The Lady Vikes will return back to action on Thursday, September 6 as they open GMC play at Lakota East.
