These guys are all deserving, for sure...BUT....how can Davie County win the Western 4A State Conference and not have anyone represented in the All-State Football Team? Especially when we have a top-ranked LB going to West Virginia (Jared Barber), a WR going to Duke (Joe Watson), the fastest kid in the state (Alex Newman) and a kid that does nothing but play his heart out and was key to the team getting to the state championship by playing Safety, OL, Mid LB, QB and RB and making HUGE plays when needed (Jacob Barber)!
