Hope resigns as Hoke County football coach

RAEFORD - Leon Hope has resigned as head football coach at Hoke County High School after two seasons.
Hope's resignation was confirmed Wednesday by Hoke County athletic director Gary Brigman.
"He just felt he didn't accomplish his goals,'' Brigman said, adding that Hope resigned and was not removed from his position by Hoke County officials.
