Pre-game notes: Football tonight -- Morgan County looks to start its season 3-0 overall and 2-0 at home for the first time since 2004 when it tangles with visiting Pendleton County (0-3) at 7 p.m. The Cougars defeated the Wildcats 66-23 in Falmouth last year. Pendleton is playing its third road game of the season and last won away from home in the final contest of the 2011 campaign. Morgan County’s Kody Thornsberry will look to add to his 299 rushing yards.
